Welcome to Be Well Be Fit! 

 

I am passionate about helping people feel better about themselves, reduce fat, gain muscle tone, eat healthy and be more mindful. 

Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will implement healthy fitness habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity!

 

We will set goals and reach them together. I don't just show you how to do an exercise; I educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, stretching, mindfulness and nutrition tips

Background

I am a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor (RYT 500), 

Pilates Mat, Barre, Cycling and TRX instructor. 

I am a certified Nutrition coach and have a Cornell Plant-based Nutrition Certification.

 

I train individuals and small groups from my home workout studio in Bolton, MA, run weekly Outdoor/Indoor Strength training/cardio bootcamp-style workouts, and teach Yoga Flow classes.   I have been a personal trainer since 2004, having switched careers from financial systems consulting when I became a mom.

 

I love helping people feel good both physically and mentally, and am passionate about incorporating exercise into our daily lives.  I incorporate pilates and yoga into all of my workouts, which are always challenging and different.

 

We all want to be healthy now and in the future - combining strength training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching helps to ensure these goals.  As a Personal strength trainer, I want to help people with fitness programs to reach and maintain personal goals, and to get the most out of the time spent exercising.  As a Yoga Instructor, the focus is on mindfulness while building strength and improving flexibility

Indoor / Outdoor CoreFit classes offer a different workout every time including cardio drills, total body strength training, pilates and yoga. A great workout for all fitness levels with a fun and supportive group!

Strength training sessions focus on safely building strength and challenging all muscle groups in the body

You will learn techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
