Join me for a magical fitness and yoga retreat in a place that's truly paradise!

Wake up in your villa each morning to an amazing view of mountains and ocean.  See and hear beautiful birds and hear howler monkeys as they welcome the day.   

 

We will have outdoor sessions including strength, pilates and yoga each morning before breakfast, and enjoy a gentle yoga session

each evening before dinner.   ​

Choose from several excursions - having a choice each day to join or to stay at the resort and relax by the pool or get a spa treatment or massage.

• Round Trip Group Transportation to / from San Jose International Airport

• Seven nights luxury accommodation (either Ocean View Villa or Garden Villa) 

• Daily gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Alcohol not included)

• Daily Sessions in the morning and evening led by myself

• Once daily group transportation from the hotel to the local beach or town and back

• Garden to table cooking demonstration with lunch

• Ocean View Villa - double occupancy (one person would have the King bed, another would have the queen bed): 

$2,995 per person 

• Private Ocean View Villa: 

$5,195 per person 

• Garden View Villa - Private Room & Bathroom: $2,295 per person  

• Garden View Villa - Double Occupancy Room (shared queen bed):

 $1,650 per person

• First 50% payment due: September 1, 2025
